For 20 years, our obsession has been finding and cooking with fantastic seasonal produce and championing the people who supply us.
We’re proud of our long-standing connection with local farms and small independent producers of artisan products; whether they are baking from their kitchen table or fishing off the Cornish coast, we support small.
The underlying foundation of everything we do is sustainability. We work hard to have as little impact as we can. We use biodegradable packaging – our plastics are vegetable protein and our take-away cups are compostable. We try to reduce food miles and only cook with seasonal and ethically produced ingredients. Our meat is organic, free range and rare breed and our fish is responsibly sourced. We’re working on improving our waste management to maximise recycling and moving to low-impact cleaning methods.
